Swim Camp

Sport- und Bildungszentrum Lindow
We will be working on your technique and endurance in five swim units.
This training centre Sport- und Bildungszentrum Lindow is the location of my choice.
Just four of the reasons why it will be happening there are the four simultaneously working cameras shooting from different angles to analyze your skills under water.
Approx. Schedule:
Friday:
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., swim training
Saturday:
7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., cycling and running, brick training
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., stabi and swim training
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Athletic- and Technique Training, three field gym
9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., swim training
Sunday:
7:00 a.m. - 08:00 a.m., running
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., stabi and swim training
Package: Four Swim training units, Video analysis, two stabilizing, two running and one cycling units, accommodation in the Hotel (double bed), fare.

Short Training Camp

2019 there will be a training camp in Bad Segeberg – just like last year. Details are as follows:

6:15 p.m. - 7:45 p.m., running session
Saturday:
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., running session
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., bike session
4:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m., athletic workout
Sunday:
8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., bike session
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., swimming session
This camp is designed for efficiency:

Long Distance Bike Tour, approx. 750 km
Wednesday, 21 June 2023 - Friday, 23 June 2023
From Hamburg to Puttgarden, Copenhagen and Gothenburg to Orust
800 kilometres of pure action. Starting in Hamburg via Puttgarden, Copenhagen to Gothenburg, the biggest island in Sweden. Then off to Orust and from there to Henan where we will be staying the next few days. Depending on the number of participants there will be one or two breaks for the night and smaller breaks during the days. In the meantime we will be experiencing the beautiful landscape of Northern Germany, Denmark and Sweden as seen from our saddles and two ferry rides
It is highly recommended to Register for the following triathlon training camp. It will also be possible to directly stay there for the swimrun camp or some personal timeout.
Package: course section design, support, logistics and transportation for your luggage.

Triathlon Training Camp, Sweden

Henan, Schweden
This is to prepare for competition.
Rippled open water training in the Fjords next to a motorboat. Running the lonely trails and cycling the rolling hill surroundings of central Sweden.
You can combine this training camp with the long distance cycling tour or the following up training camp. You can also travel there on your own. From Hamburg to Kiel and via ferry to Gothenburg or with a direct flight. We will shuttle you to Henan. Your accommodation will be located next to a beautiful marina.
Package: Transfer from/to Gothenburg, accommodation ( Single rooms on enquiry) Breakfast, Guided Training.

Swimrun Training Camp, Sweden

Henan, Schweden
In Germany Swimrun is an unpopular discipline as of yet, but people are starting to like it. That is why we have decided to do a training camp for running and swimming. Hopefully there will be an actual competition happening close by which we would participate in.
For good cycling training there will be GPS data to go out and cycle.
It is possible to be a part of the Triathlon training camp that will be happening directly before this camp. However you will make it to Gothenburg, we will pick you up and take care of your transfer to Henan. Your accommodation will be located next to a beautiful marina. http://henansvandrarhem.se
